主人公「やべっ！」
ジェイル「逃げるぞ！」
協会の兵士「あいつらだ！追え！捕えろっ！！」
主人公「は～～～なんとか逃げ切ったぜ！」
マリカ「まだよ！」
ジェイル「緊急手配とか言ってたな。」
ホツバ「いずれ他の街にも手が回りやす！急いで協会の土地から出やしょう！」

エリン「ど、どうしてこの街に！？」
マリカ「あたしたちを捕まえに来た・・・わけじゃないよね。」
ホツバ「そりゃあ違うと思いやす。いくらなんでも早すぎだ。あ！サイナスに向かう時にフォートアークで行きあった軍隊じゃありやせんかね？」
主人公「そうか！」
マリカ「あの時の変なおじさん、ジャナム魔道帝国に向かうんじゃないかとか言ってたけど・・・」
ジェイル「違ったらしいな。」
主人公「なんでここに・・・？」
指揮官「いいか！よく聞け！我が隊は明朝ここを出発！南方に進軍する！目的地はシトロ村！」

指揮官「かの村を速やかに協会領に併合し ひとつの道の恩恵をもたらすようにとの総長閣下のお言葉である！各自、明日以降の作戦行動に備え 今夜は充分に休養を取っておけ！」

マリカ「あ、あいつら・・・シトロ村に来る気なんだ！」
ホツバ「これもあの時の変なお人が言ってたとおりなんでやしょか？」
ジェイル「協会は理念を広めるために軍隊を送って征服する・・・か。」
マリカ「それをあたしたちの村にやろうっての！？」
主人公「冗談じゃねぇ！なんでそんなことになってんだよ！？」
エリン「わたし、お父さんに事情を聞いて来ます！」
主人公「待ってくれ！オレたちも行く！」

ローガン「エリン！主人公君たちも！良かった！みんな無事だったか！」
マリカ「・・・そう。ローガンさんにもわからないの。」
ローガン「ああ。私たちもまるでカヤの外で事情は何も聞かされていない。今、この街を治めているのはもうマクートでも私たちでもなくあの軍隊なんだよ。」
エリン「ギリアムさんは？あの方なら少しは事情をご存じかもしれません。」
ローガン「彼の警備隊も軍隊の指揮下に入れられてしまった。今となっては会うだけでも難しい。」
ホツバ「そうなんでやすか・・・」

主人公「だから、あんな予言はどうでもいいんだよ。大事なのは・・・オレたちの村をサイナスみたいにされてたまるかってことだ！」

ホツバ「わかりやした！それじゃ鉱山に行きやしょう！」
主人公「なんでだよ！？村に戻るって言ってんだろ！」
ホツバ「いけやせんねえ、兄さん。すっかり忘れちまったと見える。」

ホツバ「トビラでやすよ！あれを使って砦の遺跡に戻りゃだいぶ先回りできやす！」
主人公「あ！そうか！鉱山にあったアレか！」
マリカ「待ってよ！あれは上から飛び降りないと入れないじゃない！」
ローガン「それなら、うちに縄梯子がある。あれを持って行こう。」
主人公「ありがとう、おっさん！助かるよ！・・・ん？持って行こう？」
ホツバ「旦那も来るんでやすか？」
ローガン「もうこんな街に残っていても仕方がない・・・とまでは言わないが今はエリンの方が大事だ。私も連れて行ってくれ。」
エリン「お父さん・・・」
主人公「わかった。一緒に行こう！」
マリカ「待って！ホントにいいの？そりゃエリンも追われてるから逃げなきゃ捕まっちゃうけど・・・あたしたちと一緒に来るより別々に逃げた方が安全なんじゃない？」
ジェイル「オレたちはこれから協会の軍隊が来るとわかっているところに行くんだからな。」
エリン「いえ、いいんです。皆さんと一緒の方が心強いですから。それに、わたしまだ皆さんとお別れしたくないんです。」
